My name is Alison and I’m a twenty-something based on Long Island. I have three cats, no license, and a fabulous apartment.

Currently, I’m a corporate girly at a finance publication until I can figure out what it is I want to do in the long run. Most of the time I dream of running my own cat cafe or laundromat. I love the smell of laundry. For now, event marketing will do. Who knows, maybe I’ll climb the corporate ladder to VP status. Money is money after all.

In my free time I’m typically binge watching something. I’m what you call a certified homebody. My favorite cookie is a black and white. I can’t cook, even with step by step instructions. I love to go thrifting, not for clothes, but for tchotchkes. Finally, I’m a firm believer that 35mm film captures memories better than any iPhone ever will.
