During my time at OSV, I coordinated the marketing and logistics for webinars and live events, overseeing end-to-end execution from audience outreach to post-event reporting.

I managed and optimized B2B email marketing campaigns, leading over five targeted campaigns that strengthened engagement and brand visibility.

Marketing Promotions

At Orange Silicon Valley, I led and executed over five targeted email campaigns for a B2B audience, supporting OSV’s outreach within the U.S. tech and innovation ecosystems.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Designed and distributed email newsletters tailored to startups, venture capital firms, and corporate innovation leaders

  • Managed and maintained mailing lists of 4,000+ contacts across three key audience segments

  • Conducted strategic outreach to engage stakeholders across the U.S. technology and venture ecosystems

  • Created event landing pages to drive registrations and attendance for in-person programs

  • Tracked and reported key performance metrics, including open rates and click-through rates (CTR) for each campaign

Collaborated with OSV’s sustainability team to organize their first hybrid event, featuring startups and judges from around the world. The event’s jury was presided over by Orange executive Elizabeth Tchoungui.

  • Coordinated with the production crew to manage virtual startup presentations

  • Created a landing page to streamline event registration

  • Conducted interviews with Elizabeth Tchoungui and startup finalists for social media promotion

Event Promotions & Production

  • Executed event promotions up to 3-4 weeks prior to each show, including invitations, partnership outreach, and social media campaigns

  • Created visual media assets for webinars and promotions, including replay videos, countdown graphics, and branded intro/outro videos

  • Participated in and led weekly team meetings with leadership and analysts to align on content and logistics

  • Coordinated and ran dry-run sessions with internal and external speakers

  • Managed all media assets, including PowerPoint presentations and videos

  • Built event registration pages and virtual event rooms
