At Pensions & Investments, I led over a dozen marketing campaigns supporting the brand’s event and awards programs, targeting B2B audiences across the financial services industry — including plan sponsors, consultants, and asset managers.

Email Marketing: Designed and deployed targeted email newsletters to segmented lists ranging from 1,000 to 50,000 recipients.
Performance Optimization: Conducted A/B testing to refine messaging, improve engagement, and maximize conversions, resulting in a +5.8% year-over-year increase in open rates.
Analytics & Reporting: Compiled and presented weekly campaign performance reports with insights for the team.
Campaign Management: Led end-to-end campaigns that drove ticket sales, event registrations, and website traffic; achieved a 26.4% increase in ticket revenue, generating an additional $32K for a flagship event.
Social Media Marketing: Managed paid social campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn, and led organic marketing initiatives across two LinkedIn industry channels – one of which I successfully launched and grew during my first year, achieving a +28% increase in followers.

Nasdaq Closing Bell Ceremony

For a second year, I led the design direction and event logistics for the P&I team’s participation in the Nasdaq Closing Bell Ceremony.
I managed the RSVP process, invitations, and on-site coordination, while also designing the creative for the Nasdaq tower display in Times Square.
The tower featured a custom visual showcase celebrating 48 honorees and branded tower shot, which I oversaw from concept through final execution.
On the day of the event, I managed live social media coverage and real-time coordination, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence.

September 11th, 2023
In the Fall of 2023, I was responsible for conceptualizing and developing the digital signage and branding for the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) during the Pensions & Investments Closing Bell Ceremony on September 11th.
I designed a cohesive suite of digital displays featured across the trading floor, NYSE event spaces, and television studio, ensuring a unified visual identity that reflected the event’s prestige.
Additionally, I curated a comprehensive media kit to support promotional outreach and brand visibility surrounding the ceremony.
